Setting Xcode debugger to always show types?

Hi. Is there a setting somewhere that will force the debugger to always show variable types? I can turn it on each time, but Xcode forgets for different projects or after closing & reopening a project.

I tried looking in the Prefs, and Googling for info, and this doc:

But nothing seems to exist.
