PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hello everyone,

I was working with xcode and my battery run out and the machine powered off. When I turned the machine back on, and I saw the file I was working on, it was completely damaged!!! It looks like a binary file and I think I lost all the C++ code I've been working over a year.

Can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do???? I really need that file,
