Well, that makes sense as I am trying to debug a qlgenerator which never breaks and I see the bp as described. So I know the code is never loaded. Now to find out why. (Ans from cocoa have not helped!) Guess I'll read some more.

Usually disabling "Load Symbols Lazily" in Preferences > Debugging fixes this.
