Hello, I hope this hasn't been answered to death. I searched the archives on Apple's website but the latest postings I came up with were from 2005. Anyway, I changed the name of my Cocoa Xcode 3.1.2 project by selecting the target under Groups & Files, clicking Info, choosing the build pane, and then setting Packaging>Product Name to what I want it.
The project builds fine and the product works fine so long as I don't launch it through XCode. If I do launch it through XCode it reports the program as quitting with an error code and I get this error logged Xcode[5194:203] *** NSTask: Task create for path '/Users/philip/Work/MyApp/MyApp 1.1/build/Debug/MyApp.app' failed: 13, "Permission denied". Terminating temporary process.
That path is the correct path of the executable. Why would the permissions have changed? And like I said, I can launch it from the Finder just fine.
Thanks! |
