The files in the Classes are the same as in the Code listing, the My View Controller Connections are:
Outlets label - Label view - View
Received Actions changeGreeting: - Rounded Rect Button (Hello), Touch Up Inside
Referencing Outlets delegate - Round Style Text Field (name)
You should really go to the Application Frameworks forum on the iPhone Dev Forums. That's the place for help with iPhone application design.
