How could I build a kext for OS X 10.0.x in XCode?

Hi all

Sorry. I am a newbie.
I am trying to use "December 2002 Mac OS X Developer Tools" to build a USB driver for OS X 10.0.4.
But the kext can't be loaed correctly.
Is this a right way to develop drivers for OS X 10.0.x ?
