My requirement is little different. We have the server client handshake and the client can be of any OS,so when some software crashes on client, stack trace info is passed to server where we do the symbol manipulation.Issue is that this server is going to be on windows and client on mac.So if we have a dwarfreader on windows which does the same thing and does the manipulation of the program counters?
Hope I am clear.Let me know.
Thanks

And then do what with them?
I think most people on the list are wondering why you
can't just use the existing programs that will display
these corresponding symbols for you, so saying why you
need to do the address to symbol matching within your
program might give us the additional insight necessary
for someone on the list to give you a better answer.
