Please do file bugs (or use the doc feedback links at the bottom of
each page) for any missing API.
We have various mechanisms for ensuring that we have everything
covered, but sometimes it's possible for something to slip through.

"new" APIs take a while to get into the docs I'm afraid. Things like
UTTypeEqual() are still not there, and they were introduced in 10.3. :
( Best you can do is file bugs and wait, wait, wait.
