Oh come on now... PCH work and work well in Xcode. They can save a
good amount of compile time on Mac OS X given the umbrella frameworks
and how they include headers (a LOT of headers). Of course you can
also abuse PCH such that the negate their potentials gains.
On a side note I think one day clang linked into Xcode will one day be
able to cache header compilation, etc. without the need for
pre-compiled header and efficiently and automatically update it as
things change. ...at least it could in theory.
Anyway for some reason he seems to be hitting a crash in Xcode when
trying to precompile... like best to file a bug report with Apple
about it.
