I remember so many of us asking for such a service, so I was quite
excited when I heard this. I hope it becomes common practice for
other beta software as well (like Snow Leopard and whatever comes
next). I think this will allow us to provide better and more precise
bug reporting to Apple, thus making Apple engineers more productive
(I find writing a good and meaningful bug report quite hard). And I
hope the developer community will be able to come out with richer
and more complex applications that build on a release's new features
in a much more timely fashion.
