Have you tried creating a limited user account specifically for
doing version-control hosting?

Hello,
Yes, add let's two new users I need a host per user, how can they
share a directory (source code tree)? hmmm No. I didn't think about it
because I wanted to use gitweb, but that I'm thinking about it, github
is not necessary. Thank you for pointing this out, I didn't had the
time to think too much about this!
I can create a new user with a new home dir and give access to it's
tree to both users, git will handle the user info's on push/pull.
