I think you can get USB to serial converters. :-D

I expect you can also get multiport PCI serial cards, but you might
have trouble finding Mac drivers for them.

Macs haven't had integrated serial ports for at least a decade.

I was really dismayed when I went to buy a null modem cable for
two-machine Linux debugging, and they were on sale real cheap because,
the salesclerk said, they were discontuing all their serial cables.
