Indentation within comments?

Is there any way to stop Xcode's indentation within /* */ comments?

For example, if I have:

/*
Hello|
*/

Where | is the current cursor position, and press return, Xcode inserts a space, ie:

/*
Hello
<space>|
*/

Is there any way to get it to stop this?

Obviously, I don't want to disable auto indentation in normal cases, I just don't understand why it decides it wants to indent a space there even when the preceding line is not indented.

Xcode 3.1.2.
