Totally.
Everything can be done procedurally if you wish.
However, speaking as a recent convert to IB, at least on the iPhone
side of things, I can say it's certainly worth the very small amount
of effort you have to put into it to "familiarise" yourself with it.
There are times when you may want to do parts of an app's interface in
code, so it's worth being at least familiar with both methods.
