Arnab,

All you need is add the PNG to your Xcode project. Then in your NIB file, drag out an NSButton instance from the library. Then, while still in IB, if you look in the Media tab of the library, you will see your PNG. You can then drag the image out of the library and drop it onto your button, which will make that image the image of the button.
