I had the same problem after upgrading from 10.5 to 10.6.

I am not sure of the exact fix but I think it was related to the already existing intermediate build files for the project not being liked by 3.2.
I would recommend Cleaning your project then deleting the contents of the build folder as well.

compile again and see how you go.
