You would probably be better off using multiple targets within one project.
However, you likely don't even need to do that. If you don't use any
Snow Leopard specific features in your application, you can simply set
the "Base SDK" build setting to the 10.5 SDK. After doing that, your
application should build (and run) in virtually the same way on both
Leopard and Snow Leopard.
