two basic IB questions

Hey all,

A couple of things I'm confused on about xcode 3.2.1.

To get outlets and actions into a nib, should I just be able to drag
the header file into the nib window and these things should appear?
When I do, I get the following message … "parsed 1 source file, but no
classes were found or changed" ... but there is a class in my .h.

Another thing that confuses me is, in IB I've added a toolbar to my
main window and added some image toolbar and custom views to the
"allowed toolbar items" drop down of the toolbar in the main window.
But when I select an image item and try to drag it into the default
toolbar, they don't drag. Any idea?
