Its a pity this is not documented, because this little details its
what makes xcode such a great IDE, thanks for the information.

It's not obvious. I don't even know if it's document. But it's
pretty easy:
- Open your data or class model.
- Open any color picker palette (Edit > Format > Font > Show Colors
will work).
- Select a color.
- Drag the color from the palette's color well and drop it into the
entity/class.
