How to specify System Headers Directories?

Hello,

I've realised that the Header Search Paths setting uses '-I', not '- isystem'.
I need to use the latter so that compilation warnings don't show up for middleware headers.

Is there a specific location in Projects Settings that translates to this switch?
Or should I use Other C Flags? Or somewhere else?

Thanks.
