The FM is big and that is the reason for mail lists. If one could practically gain reference to every little change in the FM 100% of the time then there would be no need to post emails on this list and receive FM responses. I did look at the FM, but could not find the FM reference for the FM change in specs. Thank you for your help, rude as it may be.
