This used to be possible in the early versions of XCode 2.x.
(I am using Mac OS X 10.5.8 and XCode 3.1.3)
The Print dialog in Xcode 3.0 and up should now contain all panes that used to be in the Page Setup dialog, which is no longer available, however it does not for the class model. This is a known bug.
A workaround is to take your project -- perhaps copying it to a new location beforehand -- and temporarily open it in Xcode 2.5, which is supported on Mac OS X 10.5.* Leopard, set the page size and print from there.
