Multiple framework architectures

I seem to have been absent from school on the day they taught this, and searching's got me nowhere ...

I have some frameworks from an external developer that come separately in 32- and 64-bit versions. There's a 32-bit folder with 54 frameworks inside it, and a 64-bit folder with 54 frameworks inside it.

The goal is is build a 32/64 application that uses these frameworks. The frameworks need to be in the application bundle, which means (I guess) that I'll need separate subfolders of the bundle's Frameworks directory for each architecture.

What's the doesn't-make-my-head-explode strategy for setting this up in an Xcode project? Or is there a way of repackaging the 108 frameworks into 54 architecture-universal frameworks?
