What is the actual error?
Was there a stack trace printed to the console?
What version of Xcode are you using?
etc.

Have you filed a bug yet?
*any* time you're tempted to ask "has anyone else seen this problem",
file a bug first, and include the bug number in your e-mail to the
list. This is especially true when Xcode presents it's "Internal
Error" dialog, which means that there is an exception somewhere that
went uncaught, or Xcode is tripping over an assertion. It is of the
utmost importance that the engineers responsible are made aware of
this, and filing a bug is the way to do that.
