FWIW, The USE_HEADERMAP build setting works for us. Now if I can only
get Xcode to stop picking up libs like libexpat or libcurl out of /usr/
lib, when I'm linking to a library I've built of the same name, I'd be
happy. (There isn't a USE_LIBRARYMAP is there... :P )

This doesn't help, but several years ago when we switched to Xcode, I
just punted, and renamed our string.h to something unique. I think
Carbon.h kept bringing in a different one no matter what.
