"View -> Message Bubbles -> Hide Issues" menu item should do the trick for you.

But in the process of fixing them, they are sometimes quite annoying. I've discovered that you can click on the little yield signs in the gutter to make individual ones disappear; but is there any way to make them *all* disappear, at least within the current file?
