In the current IB, that seems to reset the class that the object is
instantiated from. It does not rename the class itself. That makes
sense because it is an instance editor.
However, in the previous IB it seemed to rename the class itself and
that did not make sense. This is a moving target and they still don't
have it right.
In the end, I just hand edit the xib files, even though Apple
engineers tell me not to. Thank goodness the xib files are ASCII.
IB is still missing a few core edit features, but it is getting closer
to completeness for refactoring (it had better completeness under
NeXTSTEP before it went through that awkward Xcode synch only phase).
