Yes,that's what.It is not allowing me to install the Xcode.mpkg file.I am trying to install Xcode 2.4.1 on powerpc.It should work fine.

XCode 3.2 installs only on Snow Leopard, or at least it did not
allow me to install on my Leopard. The latest XCode I could use
on Leopard was XCode 3.1.3_2736.
