Probably not exactly what you are after, but I have several screencasts here:

The OSG tutorials were a quickstart tutorial for OSG/Mac users. They
were by no means meant to be comprehensive.
The CMake videos mostly assume you are already familiar with your
favorite IDE(s) and don't dive in much. But from somebody who comes
from a different platform, maybe seeing the back-to-back IDE
comparisons may have some limited value to you even though it is CMake
centric.
