This code doesn't work with gcc 4.2 on debug mode. It works with gcc 4.0 or 4.2 on release mode.
Here is the Chris Espinosa standard answer: Project > Edit Target Settings, enter "GLIBCXX" into the search field.
Wherever you find GLIBCXX_DEBUG=1 or GLIBCXX_DEBUG_PEDANTIC=1, delete them.
