xcode 3.2 installation errors

Hi,
Just installed XCode 3.2 with snow leopard on MacPro.
Two identical erros came up

System extension cannot be used The system extension "/System/Library/Extensions/ CNQL1213_ClassicNotSeize.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update.

I reinstalled and same thing happened again.

Should I be worried?
