10.3.9 projects (and may I dare say 10.2.8).
You may dare say that. But this is why Xcode now is "portable", and
you can install Xcode 2.6 on your 10.6 system. It works, I tried.
(Besides, you had to do that for 10.2.8 on 10.5 already.)
Xcode 3.2 can keep your project files 2.6 compatible, so you can
edit and debug in the latest version (I created a configuration
"Xcode 3 Debug" to help in that)
Personally, I encourage people to support the oldest OS possible,
but 10.2 and 10.3 are fading away quickly. I think it is prudent to
require Xcode 2.6 to build for such ancient SDKs

You probably mean Xcode 2.5, or there is maybe a hidden zone in ADC
for never released version ;-)
