Yes, we posted doc set revisions to address this issue. To fix it
in the short term we pulled the tooltips for Xcode; we'll have a
better solution with our next standard doc releases.
I actually find those tooltips intrusive, so I'm okay with that :-)
In general, it seems that (on the web and on the desktop) things that
pop up when you hover are becoming more and more common, making it
hard to find a place to park the pointer while you're looking at the
screen (the new QT player is an egregious example).
