Well, I downloaded those revisions last night and it didn't fix it
for me.
We removed the tooltips, and have verified the fix in multiple ways,
so I would like to understand more:
- Which doc set are you seeing this in? Is there a specific link we
can try to duplicate it with?
- If you go to the Documentation preference and click the 'i' next to
the doc set you see this in, what is the version showing?
- Which version of Xcode are you using?

The problem was fixed for me by downloading documentation updates.
Yes, we posted doc set revisions to address this issue.
