You should be able to target Mac OS X 10.3.9 for PowerPC by setting the Mac OS X Deployment Target build setting to 10.3, and the Compiler Version build setting to GCC 4.0, both of those conditionally for the PowerPC architecture.


Please don’t encourage other developers to install Xcode components from previous releases atop Xcode 3.2. That’s not a combination that is qualified or tested, and is not supported in any way.
