How the heck do I add a dependent project's build result in 3.2?

I used to add a direct dependency in the target inspector, but now I can't figure out how to add the static library, built by a dependent project, to my project. What am I doing wrong? When I click the + button on the Linked Libraries, it gives me a zillion choices, non of which is hte library i want. And sadly, I still can't just drag it from under the project in my project.
