In Xcode > Preferences > SCM, remove the Repository that your project is bound to, then reopen the project and in Project > Edit Project Settings > Project Roots & SCM, delete the entries there.  This disconnects the project from the SCM system.  That should fix the problem, then you can try to reconfigure Xcode for the SCM repository and reconnect the project to it.  If that cause the problem to recur, please file a bug at http://bugreporter.apple.com, attach the project file, and reference bug number 7154564.
