I was receiving this error just the other day. You must set the AppleTitle meta tag in your index page.

I'm in Xcode 3.2 and developing a Help Book. The book loads up just fine in Safari and I get an empty Help window when I select Help from the app menu so, apparently, it's registered properly but then I get a dialog box that says

"The operation couldn't be completed. (HVURLHandlerErrorDomain error 1002.)"

I've looked all over for some documentation about this but, apparently, not in the right places. Can anyone help?
