Moving XCode docs between computers

My desktop computer is on dial-up line, so I can't d/load big files.

How to install XCode 3.2 doc. files after transferring them from the laptop?

I moved them into the same "Shared" folder on the desktop computer, but they're not seen by the XCode.

Have I missed other file(s) which I should also move or should I use Terminal and what are the Unix commands?

I'd appreciate help,
