Without violating Chris's admonition about "install Xcode components from previous releases atop Xcode 3.2.", how can I restore the ability to develop for 10.3.9 under Snow Leopard?
BTW, I do have the project's Build settings set to:
GCC_Version_ppc = 4.0 MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET_ppc = 10.3 SDKROOT_ppc = /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.3.9.sdk
