where is the "Xcode Project Management Guide"?

The Xcode documentation contains many references to something called the
"Xcode Project Management Guide". For example, here:

See the second line under "See Also".
The problem is that these references are not links, and a search on "Xcode
Project Management Guide" does not yield the document itself. The problem is
that I seem to need info that apparently is in this document. Where is it?
Was it renamed? Relocated? Thx - m.
