Actually the original NIB files(english version) is about a hundred. Plus other localize languages it add up to 500+. Convertion to XIB went smoothly, spent more than a day to fix errors reported on Xcode 3.2. Sent to customer for testing, (I no longer have Tiger on my Mac) according to them it works well. The only downside with flatten NIB (compile from XIB), the file size is bigger. Previously the app size was 33.5MB. After using flatten NIB, it gone up to 42.1 MB !
