Is planned to introduce in some future version of Xcode the support for the Haskell language (coloring and completition)? Now, on my Mac I'm using the GHC Haskell compiler in a terminal and as editor I use Emacs that supply a great support to the Haskell Layout system.

I doubt it — Xcode focuses on support for languages that are pre- installed on OS X.

Have you tried TextMate? It has extensible language support, and people have written language bundles for everything under the sun. It doesn't ship with Haskell support, but I'd be very surprised if there wasn't a bundle available.
