And I assume you've checked at the Target level as well as Project?
Hmm, I don't know what the distinction is.
With the project Foobar selected in the Groups and Files list, I
click Info. Then in the Build tab of the window Project Foobar
Info, with Configuration: Debug and Show: All Settings, under Search
Paths I check Always Search User Paths and type "/user/local/cgal/
include" (without quotes) into the User Header Search Paths box. I
do the same thing for Configuration:Release. Is that the Target
level or the Project level? How do I do the (whichever) other level?
Since you're starting from the project, it's the Project level. The
target (under the Targets tab in the best Xcode layout) lets you set
individual targets, which override project settings.
Seeing as how it builds under the Debug configuration but not under
the Release configuration, is there some way to get a text-listing
of all of the Debug settings and all of the Release settings, so I
can do a diff?
You can open project.pbxproj with a text editor.
PS: What's the protocol for the mailing-list if someone replies to
my post directly to me without a CC to the list -- should I send my
followup just to him, or also CC the list?
I meant send to the list; that's always better so you get more eyes.
