Xcode 3.2.2 standalone download?

Where can I download Xcode 3.2.2 as a standalone installer without the iPhone/iPad SDK?

I am on a relatively slow network connection. That other platform's SDK has gotten larger and larger but its policies have stayed the same. It'd be a great help if I didn't have to wait for the combined download just to develop for the Mac.
