Documentation Problem with XCode

  • Subject: Documentation Problem with XCode

Hi All,

I am using XCode 3.1.4 running under Mac OS X 10.5.8.

When ever I try to reference the documentation by Option-Clicking something I get the following Dialog:

File Not Found

The requested file was not found in the documentation set.

For instance this happens when I option click on "UITableView". After I dismiss the dialog the window show's the UITableView section but the error dialog is annoying.

I also get this dialog if I start typing into the Search field at the top left of the Window which is even more annoying! For instance I type "U" and get the dialog, dismiss it and the page is set to UIAcceleration, then type "I" and get the dialog again, this happens for each character I type.

As far as I can tell XCode installed correctly and everything else seems to work just fine. Is there something I need to do in order to stop the dialog from appearing?

Thanks a lot
All the Best
Dave
