Go to Counterpart Doesn't Work

Xcode fails to open #import'ed header files when I click "Go to Counterpart" or select a header from the "Popup of included files" button's menu (applies to all headers listed in menu, not just the counterpart).
This has been broken forever for me. In fact I can't ever remember it working.
Any ideas how I can get this to function normally? Other team members have no problem with the same project so I assume this is specific to my Mac.
Xcode 3.2.1 on 10.6.3. Mac SDK only.
