Hello everyone.
So... Xcode 3.2.2 is official now. Thanks Apple!
We suffered a bug in Xcode 3.2.1 that blocked distributed builds in our environment (over 25 developer Macs). I have reported this problem several times both in this group and in other places, but never got any Apple-rep response.
I got this "Software Update" today with Xcode 3.2.2, that said I "must install" it if I work on Snow Leopard 10.6.2 (which I do). However, I can't change the development environment in the company before I KNOW the update is needed.
So I updated my Xcode to 3.2.2 on my personal Machine. "Software Update" said there were many bug-fixes, and referred me to the Release Notes.
As soon as installation was over, I went to the Release Notes document within the Developer/Extras/ but the release notes file holds NOTHING at all about Xcode 3.2.2, and I could not find anything on the apple developer site too.
1. Does Anyone here know anything about this bug? specifically, does anyone here work with distributed builds with the new Xcode 3.2.2?
2. WHERE ARE THE RELEASE NOTES for Xcode 3.2.2 ??? this is extremely important to us.
Thanks! _______________________________________________
