XCode Internal Error

Hello to all,

I'm suffering froma very frequent XCode (3.2.2 on 10.6.3) internal error:
"
File: /SourceCache/DevToolsBase/DevToolsBase-1648/XcodeFoundation/Logging/XCActivityLogMessage.m
Line: 120
Object: <XCBuildLogWarningMessage:0x207b3a820>
Method: _setSupersection:
section was already set to <XCBuildLogCommandInvocationSection:0x204ec7ec0:43413:title='Compile /Volumes/Macintosh HD/Users/flavioantonioli/Documents/nTrack/trunk/n-Track_EX/NativeControls/../NTRACK/Src/NativeControls/FlapsHorzSliderControl.cpp'>; expected it to be nil
"

It occurs after a couple of build/run/edit cycles.
It seems to be related to the build error log, or perhaps to the build results (error, warnings) icons that appear in the left part of source code files.
I usually click on Ignore, and after ignoring a few errors XCode resumes normal operation, however It gradually gets worse and I then have to quit and reload XCode.
The project is made of several linked xcodeproj projects.
I have a different and totally unrelated project that has a similar structure but never shows the problem.
I'd appreciate any help to debug the issue. Even just making the internal error reports go to the console instead of to a popup prompt would dramatically alleviate the problem.

Thanks.

Flavio Antonioli.
