It might be worth mentioning this to the team at Apple that designed
the "iTunes Password" alert view.

Presumably, like the rest of us, Steve Jobs sees that dialog all the
time and thinks it's ideal. He's not known for being shy about
recommending changes if he doesn't like something ;)

If Apple promote a user interface paradigm, iPhone developers will
emulate it. Is that wrong?
